MONTEREY consists of 8 residential towers and 22 houses. The residential towers range from Towers 1 to 9 (without Towers 4), of which Towers 2, 6, 7 and 9 are subdivided into two wings each, of which Towers 6 is subdivided into two wings of Courtyards 6A and 6B, but with a one-storey, 13-unit design and a total of 4 lifts.
The saleable area of the residential blocks ranges from 239 sq ft to 1,670 sq ft. Among them, the saleable area of Unit G on the 2nd floor of Block 3 is only 239 sq ft, which is very small in Tseung Kwan O. However, the unit has a 94 sq ft podium, while the area of Unit G on the same block on the standard floor is 260 sq ft. The same block has a standard floor area of 260 square feet. 22 blocks of townhouses have a saleable area of 1,843 to 2,004 square feet.
