There are eight residential blocks, all 25 storeys high, each with two or three lifts (three in block 7 and two in the remaining blocks) and no sheltered floors. The first or second floor to the top 28 floors of the building are residential floors. Except for Block 7, which has 10 units per floor, the other blocks have 2 units on each of floors 1 to 27 and 1 unit on floor 28, providing a total of 565 strata units.
