Hong Kong Luxury Property Market Sees Another Surge: 'Kai Yue THE CORNICHE' Continues to Achieve High Sales

Since the abolition of the property appreciation tax, Hong Kong's real estate market has shown a noticeable rebound, with increased transaction activity and purchasing power. To further stimulate the market, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority announced new favorable policies on June 14th, specifically targeting residential pre-sale contracts signed before February 28th, raising the maximum mortgage ratio to 70%. This measure aims to assist homebuyers in managing the down payment pressure when property valuations are below transaction prices, effectively boosting market transaction activity.

The project comprises 6 residential buildings, providing 295 sea-view apartments ranging from 3-bedroom layouts to 4-bedroom suites, each equipped with private elevator access and floor heights up to 3.5 meters. Additionally, unique unit types such as top-floor duplexes, spacious flats, and platform gardens range from 1,340 to 9,663 square feet.
